Why should we care about Virginia Voting Yes?
Trump has pressured Texas, North Carolina, and other states to rig their elections in his favor. Virginia is in a unique position to stand up to these attacks on our democracy and level the playing field—and the voters get to decide! If this ballot referendum passes, more of Virginia’s congressional district will be competitive, meaning that Democrats could have a path to pick up four additional seats in Congress.
Rural GroundGame is managing the statewide phone program for voting yes on april 21.
Working with our partner organizations and volunteers, beginning on April 3, 2026, RGG will be the one-stop-shop for all aligned parties that want to GOTV for voting Yes. We’ll be working with in- and out-of-state volunteers, state Democratic Parties, and national organizations to get this done.
How will you be making calls?
RGG will be using our predictive dialer from Scale to Win to make these phone calls. Using this tool means that our phonebankers will be able to make many more contacts each night in a much more efficient manner, with us regularly experiencing wait times less than ten seconds between calls.
